The following instruction is if you prefer or you have cPanel on your host.

Download Rapidleech From This Forum Here - Eqbal's Edition Of Rapidleech
Unzip The File Using Winrar or anything you like in a folder on your PC
Then Open Your Cpanel Which Your Hosting Company Has Given You.
Then search For A Icon Of File Manager , then click on it .
Then search For A File Named "public_html" , open it.
There Will be many files in it , create a new folder in Public_Html , name it any thing you like.
Then upload all the files unzipped at step no. 2 in a folder to that new folder that you have created in your Public_html
There will Be a Folder Named "Files" within the files that you have currently uploaded . Right Click On It there Will Be A Option of "Change Permissions", click on it
A Box type Structure Will Appear,Check All the boxes In the Menu or input the values as 777
Go to your site www.example.com/name of the folder that you Created At step 6

Download the latest Rapidleech from http://www.rapidleech.com/index.php?showtopic=2226
Unzip the file using Winrar or any similar extracting software into a folder on your PC.
Open up your FTP Client (Use FileZilla if you don't already have one) and enter your FTP details.
Upload the entire folder of Rapidleech to your remote server, any folder under public_html or anything similar.
chmod files and configs folder to 777, don't touch others

JDownloader V 0.9580 Download files and videos from Rapidshare and MegaUpload Without Waiting - Open Source

I find myself downloading files from Rapidshare lot. But what ticks me off is the fact that I have to wait a while before you download files from one side, and run out of bandwidth usage for free many times users. Jdownloader solves this problem.

Jdownloader is a free download of files to file hosts like Rapidshare and Megaupload (many others are supported). It 's basically completely automates the process of downloading files from these file hosting services:

It will download the file from the URL that you provide.
If the web hosts has a captcha functionality, JDownloader will pass that as well using built-on Optical Character Recognition module.
After that, JDownloader will start downloading the file for free.
If Rapidshare or Megaupload give a message that free bandwidth has expired and you need to wait for some time, JDownloader will try to reconnect using a different IP address so as to fool these websites into thinking that you are a different user, thus getting badwidth again.

Really cool – isn’t it! JDownloader is completely open source, and totally free. It works on video sharing websites as well (such as YouTube) to download videos from YouTube. But I would really recommend it as a free rapidshare downloader. Having this would mean that you get almost same functioanlity as a premium user of Rapidshare, without spending any money!

Who are we?

RapidGen is a free and subscription service which enables you to download directly as a premium user, from several file sharing hosts. See the table at the bottom of the page for more information on which services we support.
If you are not logged in, most of the table entries will be blank. Otherwise, logged in users can see:

their personal bandwidth usage for each host
how much bandwidth is allowed per host
what filesize is allowed to be downloaded per host

All users can see how much bandwidth is remaining per host (a sum of all the given accounts in the database); this is updated at regular intervals. Also in the table, you can see a red line; any values above this red line are your own stats, e.g. how much you have downloaded, anything below it is global stats (all users together). All limit values are pertaining to the last 24 hrs only, and will be reset dynamically as the day progresses. A value of ∞ means 'infinite' or not applicable, since these filehosts might not have strict daily download limits.
